Payment plans:
I do offer payment plans for large work. To utlize this option use the code PAYMENTPLAN at checkout and select "in person pick up" for your shipping option (so you're not charged for shipping). You will be charged a non-refundable $100 which reserves the piece for you. We will then email to set up the rest of your plan. The piece will stay on hold while you make payments and will ship out after your last payment. All payments paid are non-refundable. Shipping cost will be added at the end. Works on canvas will arrive in a sturdy and professionally packed box. For works larger than 36 x 36 the preferred method is tubed shipping where you will have the piece restretched over a wood frame upon arrival. I will advise you on this and assist with arrangements if desired. Please contact me with any questions.
Processing
Works 18 x 24 in. and larger will be sent out within 5- 10 business days. Small works will be sent out within 5 business days.
Returns + Exchanges
If your piece arrives damaged I will do everything I can to make it right-- please contact me asap if this happens. I offer returns and exchanges on a case by case basis, please contact me within 4 days of arrival if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
